In FY 2024, CO2 emissions increased year on year due to the expansion of business scale accompanying the consolidation of the ALPS LOGISTICS Group, but intensity per revenues decreased.

We are promoting measures to control waste emissions and reduce the amount of landfill disposal to maintain a recycling rate of 99%.

Workplace accident index: Frequency rate / Severity rate
We lowered both the "frequency rate" representing the frequency of occurrence of workplace accidents and the "severity rate" representing the degree of severity of accidents by strengthening various safety measures in FY2024.

Ratio of female managers (%)
We are promoting the systematic development of female employees through various training programs, with the aim of increasing the ratio of female managers and assistant managers.

Number of compliance trainings and meetings conducted (times) / Number of whistle-blowing reports and consultations (cases)*1
We are continuously implementing measures to strengthen compliance throughout the entire group in Japan and overseas. In FY2023, the number of whistle-blowing reports increased due to thorough protection of whistleblowers and increased awareness and dissemination of the whistleblowing system. However, in FY2024, the number of reports decreased.
