We provided specialized engineer training to delivery drivers. By having drivers assist with on-site kitting work, we successfully reduced the number of on-site customer engineers and lowered implementation costs. Additionally, by utilizing modal shift for transportation from the factory, we contributed to the SDGs. |

To improve work quality, we introduced a tiered worker certification system. Engineer drivers received specialized training, enabling work on up to approximately 130 units and 105 branches per day. A total of 15,000 personnel were mobilized, and the project was completed over 18 months. |
