Traffic and Road Safety -Ensuring Pedestrian and Driver Safety-
The LOGISTEED Group has offered traffic and road safety class to prevent our children -who are our future- from getting involved in road accidents and teach them the importance of life.
Donation of Spoke Reflectors (reflectors for bicycles)
We donate spoke reflectors for bicycles to local governments and traffic safety associations throughout Japan. These materials are distributed at traffic and road safety class and traffic safety campaigns to raise awareness of traffic accident prevention. In FY2025, we donated to three organizations, including the Taito City Office.
Donation for traffic and road safety
We have been donating to the Traffic Accident Orphans Association, a Public Interest Incorporated Foundation ("Daddy Long Legs"). The Traffic Accident Orphans Association was established for the purpose of lending tuition fees to children whose parents have died or suffered a severe disability due to a traffic accident and who have difficulty as a result in studying financially, in attempting to equalize educational opportunities and develop human resources that are of use to society.

Experience the workplace programs and taking on internships / providing donation course
Taking on Internships
In order to deepen the understanding of the logistics industry among young people who will be upcoming generation, we accept work experiences and internships in Japan and overseas, and provide donation courses for university students. In FY2025, our Japan and overseas group companies accepted 170 people.
Human resource development through events
Turkey: Technical training tour to a logistics site
MARS LOGISTEED GROUP LOJISTIK ANONIM SIRKETI, our group company in Turkey, held the training and logistics site tour for university students.
Japan: Donation course for university students
LOGISTEED send instructors to lectures for university students conducted by the Japan Association for Logistics and Transport for the purpose of developing human resources for logistics.
In FY2025, under the theme of "Functions and Management of Logistics Companies," we provided lectures online centering on presenting an explanation of our main business, 3PL, to a total of 182 university students from Aoyama Gakuin University and Yokohama National University. The lectures were an opportunity to encourage the younger generation entering the workforce to understand and be interested in logistics by introducing the latest efforts of logistics companies, which cannot be learned from textbooks alone, and to ask for frank opinions.
Participants shared comments such as, "I felt the significant role logistics plays in society," "I felt that 3PL providers play a role similar to that of consulting firms in logistics. From a client's perspective, having a provider handle everything end-to-end from the overall design of logistics based on corporate management strategy to proposals for improvement is highly beneficial, as it allows the client to focus on its core business," "The Company is seeking to address logistics issues by developing new technologies using IT, and I felt that the ability to develop innovative technologies will be vital to its future survival," and "I learned that by handling certain logistics operations on behalf of shippers, the Company makes a significant contribution to improving their efficiency and reducing costs."
Japan: Cultivating local human resources
With a view to human resources development, we have been holding lectures at local universities and technical colleges since FY2023.
In lectures and internships conducted in collaboration with local educational institutions in FY2025, employees shared examples of utilizing DX and AI at logistics sites and provided students with opportunities to develop perspectives for solving problems through dialogue. A cumulative total of 27 students, including 20 foreign nationals, participated throughout the year, and we are leveraging the diverse perspectives gained through dialogue and practical training with the students in operational improvements at logistics sites and other initiatives. In FY2025, we also hired three local employees in Akita Prefecture and are promoting business operations that connect locally rooted human resources with global operations.
