Through a send-back method, we provide comprehensive support.
We have continuously carried out PC replacements and LCM for over 15 years at approximately 43 locations nationwide, handling about 13,000 units in total and shipping an average of 400 units per month.

By utilizing a warehouse management system that enables order placement and receipt online, real-time inventory checks and shipping instructions are possible. In accordance with the customer's security policy, dedicated areas are set up within the warehouse to enhance security. |

The operations base was relocated from a section of an office in Chuo-ku, Tokyo to a warehouse in Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture, significantly reducing rental costs. In addition to installing card security, surveillance cameras, and dedicated areas in the warehouse, finger vein authentication was introduced to enhance security. We also support not only PCs but also IP phones, network devices, printers, IC card readers, and desktop scanners. |
